史密斯& 韦森 has fielded a professional team of champion shooters for over 25 years.  Today’s announcement comes just before the 2016 史密斯& 韦森 IDPA (International Defensive Pistol Association) Indoor National Championship, a 14-stage indoor match held each February at the 史密斯&位于马萨诸塞州斯普林菲尔德的韦森射击运动中心。

Team 史密斯& 韦森 will begin its season at the 2016 史密斯& 韦森 IDPA Indoor Nationals.  This prestigious championship has been sponsored and hosted by 史密斯&韦森（Wesson）自1998年以来，被广泛认为是射击赛季的首场比赛。为期三天的比赛将于2月18日开始– 20 and features 14 challenging indoor stages with varying obstacles and lighting conditions that simulate self-defense scenarios and real-life encounters.  Over 300 competitors from around the world, including some of the biggest names in shooting sports, gather in Springfield, MA to compete in the match.  Several members of Team 史密斯&包括冠军朱莉·高洛布（Julie Golob），杰里·米库里克（Jerry Miculek）和兰迪·罗杰斯（Randi Rogers）在内的韦森将参加比赛，争夺头把交椅。
